High Intensity

All our classes are 60 minutes long and created to help you increase your strength and fitness quickly. Every class consists of a warm up, skills demonstration and practice, work out of the day (WOD) and cool down.

Unlike traditional gyms, we’re all about combining fitness with a supportive and uplifting community. You will receive high quality coaching in a group setting in capped-size classes to ensure you always get a great experience.

Childminding

We offer free childminding during all of our 9:30am classes. This service is available to all of our members, giving you the opportunity to workout whist the kids are entertained.

Each individual’s workouts are tracked and measured for progress and results. You will be able to see exactly when and how you have improved your fitness and stay motivated to continue your good work!

Step One:

Step Two:

FREE Fundamentals Class

Your Fundamentals session is where you’ll be introduced to the CrossFit basics in a fun, safe, small group class. The CrossFit Langwarrin Fundamentals Class is on Tuesday night at 7:45pm or can be scheduled 1-on-1 at a time more convenient for you.
Step Three:

General Classes

Hungry for more? When you’ve completed the Fundamentals class you’ll be ready to join in on our regular CrossFit class programs – remember every workout can be adapted to your skill and ability level. Visit our pricing page for great membership options and call us to get started.

Our Regular Clients

I took on Crossfit back in 2012 after suffering a serious broken leg and using every excuse not to go back to a typical chest pumping ego driven gym, I was encouraged by a friend to give it a go and haven’t looked back. I became a member at Langwarrin Crossfit in 2015 when I moved into the area. A much smaller box than where I came from, but this in my opinion gave it a greater sense of community. I was immediately welcomed into the gym and it soon became apparent that Langwarrin Crossfit was a close supportive group of like minded people. With members from all walks of life it’s a truly diverse group coming together for a common goal. It’s the support and guidance from coaching staff and members that I believe has allowed me to make massive improvements in areas that I previously struggled in. I look forward to walking through the doors every time I train. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Langwarrin Crossfit, let curiosity get the better of you and give it a crack!

At ’50’ I get asked by “SOME” people , why do you lift heavy weights and push your self so hard at your age? Then there are the “OTHER” people who say wow I hope that when I’m 50  I can still train like you do. Well CFLW is a box filled with the “OTHER” people, the ones who take inspiration from who they train with.  I love all my workouts, always leaving the gym feeling better than when I arrived.
