Our members are motivated have a positive mindset and enjoy encouraging others. We want to build our community with like-minded people. We don’t mind if you have no fitness experience or are starting from the beginning as long as you’re willing we are here to guide you every step of the way.
This class is an introduction to CrossFit. It will be very in depth and consist of mostly technique and coaching of the fundamental movements. We will teach you the necessary skills to be able to participate in our group classes and how to maximize your potential. Whether you are an advanced athlete or this is your first time working out you will take something out of this class.
The CrossFit Langwarrin Fundamentals Class is on Tuesday 7:30pm and Thursday 5:30am or a time 1 on 1 at a time that suits you.
